Alpha CRC (www.alphacrc.com), a multinational Globalization Company headquartered in Cambridge, UK, is now looking for the following personnel for its new Shanghai office.

, i; A6 G7 G/ V6 n/ bExperienced technical and marketing translators, for translating and reviewing software and documentation, including marketing materials. Must have a minimum of 4 years technical translation experience, or a background in journalism, with knowledge or an interest in architecture or audio, video, film or music production, preferably with a knowledge of nonlinear editing methods. Must be assertive and have good understanding of language-specific issues. Good communication skills in English required.

; s1 W9 U; c; {% y/ ]Experienced games translators able to translate everything in the context of games localization: in-game content (descriptions of background, worlds, locations, dialogues), character descriptions, player instructions, documentation, packaging, advertising materials, websites, newsletters, competitions, etc.
5 I2 H' _& y: Q1 N3 FReview translations of colleagues and externals, homogenize style.
8 |. C/ i7 A& X- l4 x' vCreate product-relevant style guides and glossaries.
